Delta Engineers focuses on solving and preventing problems for construction companies of all trades.
A healthy project execution starts with a clear vision since the design days. Unfortunately this is usually a problem because the contractor, the owner and the designer/Architect all have different interests and visions. We have the vision of preventing execution related problems because we have been developers/owners, general contractors and specialty contractors (subs) ourselves.
Vision
Risk mitigation is the core of our business model and vision. Always mitigate risk in both directions; towards your client and towards your subcontractors.
We believe that excessive documentation is the guarantee of a healthy project. And we strongly believe that the contractor is not the financing entity of a project.
